To ensure the utmost exposure for the “Euro Mediterranean Innovation Marketplace” and get the best returns for the exhibitors, the organizers have adopted a promotional strategy including but not limited to the following:

Media

- Regular press releases will be sent to an extensive database of media representatives 
-  Large number of media representatives will be invited to attend the event and a media centre will be available, with special services, to facilitate their work
- Press conferences will be organized prior and during the event.

Mailing Campaign

Direct mail, e-mails, brochures, flyers and faxes will be sent out to thousands of renowned science and innovation stakeholders in European and Mediterranean countries to promote the event and direct potential visitors to the official website.

Website

The interactive Innovation Marketplace website is regularly updated in order to provide visitors and exhibitors with relevant information about the Exhibition and Forum.

Visitor Invitations

Invitations will be sent to potential visitors via email. Also paper invitations will be sent to selected VIP visitors.

Advertising

The Innovation Marketplace advertising plan will include advertising in the Egyptian Radio, major Egyptian daily newspapers, advertisements in European magazines as well as relevant EU and Mediterranean innovation and research websites.  

Exhibitors’ Catalogue

An exhibitor catalogue will be produced and available in hard copy to visitors of the Innovation Marketplace and also an e-copy to be posted on the website.
