Booking space at the Exhibition has a number of flexible options:
- Exhibitors can start with space only and build their own stands (space will be provided free of charge, but stand construction costs to be covered by the exhibitor)
- Exhibitors can use the standard 12 m2 furnished booth, offered free of charge, for quick and easy setup
Through our professional contractors exhibitors will be offered support and advice in regards to:
- Choice of exhibition area
- Exhibition stand design (custom-made)
- Extra services for standard design (ordering of extra furniture, audio-visuals etc…)
- Venue Services (electricity, load, utility connection etc…)
- On-site personnel
- Freight forwarding

Booking Process
Booking space is easy through the following steps:
1. Application Form:
Complete and submit the online Application Form before December 15, 2009 ( Deadline has been extended until December 18, 2009 ).
(as the deadline for booking a stand has passed, we are not accepting any more applications. Those who submitted their applications, will soon be receiving replies confirming their participation from the organizers)

2. Booking Confirmation
Applications received will be reviewed in order to determine the purpose and impact of the prospective exhibitor. The selected exhibitors, who meet the selection criteria, will receive a confirmation of space booked indicating the location of their booth. Allocations will be made on a first-come, first serve basis.
3. Contract:
Exhibitor’s contract in the Exhibitors’ Manual should be printed out, completed, signed and stamped and sent to:

The booking of the stand will be considered final as soon as the signed and stamped Exhibitor Contract is received by the organizers.
4. Exhibitors’ Services:
Once you’ve received your booking confirmation, you’ll want to investigate the various other aspects for a fully comprehensive participation.
